    The installed cost of a roof is generally less than 4% of the overall cost of the structure, yet roofing litigation is estimated to be 60-70% of all construction litigation. To help cut down on failed roofs on commercial buildings, and to cut down on subsequent litigation, this course is about creating a better roof system with the use of the most highly-rated types of roof board.
