  • Overview and Key Aspects of LEED for Homes

    This webinar will open with a brief introduction to the U.S. Green Building Council and LEED, followed by a discussion of the specific impacts the residential building sector on our shared environments. We will then discuss the benefits of green homes and how LEED for Homes can help us obtain green, high performance homes. The key aspects of rating system will be explored as well as the roles and responsibilities of the key stake holders involved in a LEED for Homes project, including; USGBC, a LEED for Homes Provider, a LEED for Homes Green Rater and the design and construction team. By the end of the webinar you will be familiar with the education and additional resources available to you and well as the next steps you should take to get started on your next LEED for Homes project.
