  • The Fine Art of Blogging and Other New Media Marketing Strategies

Everyone these days feels the pressure to compete on price. The downward drumbeat on fees and profit margins is very difficult to resist unless you’ve found a better way to differentiate yourself in your market. Savvy architects know that the best clients are looking for a relationship that clicks, and they vet this judgment upon word-of-mouth recommendations, personal interactions, and, increasingly, on the cyber persona firms project. BUILD llc in Seattle has developed a widely recognized online blog and a forward-thinking website that underline the thoughtfulness and care its design-build practice brings to its customers and projects. According to the partners, Build llc stands for permanence, sustainability and efficiency, qualities that--promoted with the help of their social media outreach--have helped it thrive in tough times. This session is registered with the AIA for 1 hour. Take the course.

While there certainly is more exposure in doing so, there is also more certainty that the job will be done properly and building performance will be improved. It may be the best way to deliver the best building--more sustainable, better performing, and better executed from a design standpoint. This session is registered with the AIA for 1 HSW/SD hour.
