A plain building in San Francisco has been transformed into appealing new performance venue—Sound Box. Previously used as a rehearsal space for the San Francisco Symphony, Opera, and Ballet, the venue was launched by the Symphony in 2014. Offering bar snacks and cocktails, the performance hall can now seat up to 500 people. Giving the building a second chance, Meyer’s Constellation is responsible for further developing the acoustics, changing the energy of the space. Read more at Wired.
