Famed architect Frank Gehry, FAIA's first Australian building opened recently. Some have likened it to a crumpled brown paper bag or something out of the fantasy world of Alice in Wonderland. The $180 million Dr Chau hak Wing Building at the University of Technology in Sydney joins Gehry's portfolio of extravagant buildings, which includes the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris and the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain.
