Firm Description

My vast experience assures you that I am capable of providing the responsibilities and qualifications you are seeking.
I retired in 2015 however, unforeseen circumstances required me to seek employment in 3rd quarter of 2016.
The last position as a Government Temp gave me vast knowledge with “Disaster Credit Management System”. With the Small Business Administration I was a Construction Analyst. I now am a valuable for any government or non-government organization as a Verifier On-Site Field Operations (Disaster or Non-Disaster.) This includes the SBA and FEMA.
At the SBA my real estate skills I communicated with hundreds of SBA Applicants and Borrowers. I prepared daily - Loss Verification Reports, Progress Inspections, Verification Audit Sheets, drawing real estate floor plan / elevation sketches, reviewed Case Managers and Loan Officers recommendations - for funding the SBA Disbursement Codes.
As a SBA Construction Analyst I dealt with various business transactions and borrowers (real estate, automobile, and personal property losses.)
I enjoyed a very successful Real Estate career with Broker Management / Land Developing / Custom Home builder / Remodeling / Inspections for over 25 years.
I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, drug-free, and have no family. I am willing to travel to even re-locate anywhere in the United States or United States Territories. With the right employment package and benefits I am very capable of working 7 days a week.
Any questions that require clarification or interview, contact me at the above telephone number or email.
I only will be interested in employment that will secure me over $100,000. My interest being retired is in Disaster Relief as a Construction Analyst. I will be called back by the SBA or FEMA upon major USA disasters. I share this so I provide full disclosure being 61, as I plan on working until I am 75. Most Natural Disasters will employ for 3 months to 1 year. I seek the opportunity as if you treated my interest as if compared to the United States Veterans Military Reserves employment status.
Being willing to relocate provides excellent relocation options for when this occurs as my Temporary Government Employment terminates from each future disaster.
With my past background, I am capable of many management or non-management positions. Eight of my past years in Construction/Real Estate Brokerage I exceeded $250,000 per year.
Yours sincerely,
Bryan Berry
