  • UltraWhite™ Modified Bitumen Cap Sheets

A granule-surfaced, cool roofing solution that provides enhanced light reflectivity and heat emissivity, greatly reducing energy and electricity usage. UL and FM approved, modified bitumen cap sheets with UltraWhite granules meet requirements for California’s Title 24 regulations and can help achieve points in the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® rating system.

  • SunWave™ Daylighting System

Over 4,000 tiny prisms per square foot refract, direct and diffuse sunlight into thousands of micro sunbeams, which can decrease the use of indoor electrical lighting up to 70% during daylight hours. This premium daylighting product features a double-glazed, acrylic, prismatic layered dome that provides the highest visible light transmittance with superior light distribution.

  • 90-mil EcoWhite™ Platinum™ EPDM

A premium product in the reflective EPDM product line, 90-mil EcoWhite Platinum EPDM reflects sunlight and keeps the membrane cool. Bringing together the eco-friendly attributes of a white membrane with the proven performance of traditional EPDM in 90-mils of uninterrupted thickness, this new solution meets LEED certification requirements and exceeds ASTM D-4637 standards.

  • UltraPly™ TPO InvisiWeld™ System

The UltraPly TPO InvisiWeld System is a high performance, non-penetrating TPO membrane fastening system. The InvisiWeld system allows for the elimination of seam plates, fasteners and 6" in-seam laps, simplifying installation and reducing labor and material costs. It also requires less material for perimeters and corners than other attachment methods. This VOC-free system meets or exceeds FM approvals and requirements.
