ARO-designed Congregation Beit Simchat Torah Synagogue

The new synagogue will be located in a Cass Gilbert-designed historic landmark building, dating to 1928, on New York's West 30th Street.

Behind the historic facade is a lobby with 16-foot-high ceilings that leads to the main sanctuary and classrooms.

The sloping wall at the far end of the main sanctuary is washed in daylgiht that filters trhough skylights above.

The building also has a smaller, more intimate chapel sapce, close to the rabbinical offices.
