The new Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge will be for vehicular traffic only; with the old bridge it replaces (beyond), although still in use, is slated to become a pedestrian crossing.

The Dallas skyline is visible beyond the bridge when looking east toward downtown. The old bridge sits to the north (left, in the photo) of the New Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge.
