To enter the center, visitors take a ramp that begins at the building’s southeast corner and hugs the south façade.

Rounded glazing on the building’s north façade conceals gutters that direct stormwater runoff from the roof to the building interior, where the water is used to hydrate the living wall in the conference room.

The lobby overlooks the facility’s wind turbine and sports a series of monitors that display the building’s energy consumption in real time.
