Project Description

Located in the prestigious master plan community of The Great Park, this luxury single-family home was designed to be the “Cadillac” project of the community. Reminiscent of “old time living,” these stylish single-family homes offer a classic suburban feel to residents. With an increased international buyer profile, our designers incorporated cultural knowledge and sensitivity when designing each floor plan. This collection of luxury homes exemplifies California living. Designer’s utilized East Coast Traditional architectural styles with brick detailing and wood shutters. All floor plans offer 2 stories with 3 car garages suited for the well-traveled and international buyer market. Created for multiple generations living under the same roof, a secondary master suite on the first floor takes advantage of the views of the courtyard to create a serene, private space that still feels connected to the house. Multiple floor plan options include a prep kitchen, tech space, and freestanding tub, which address different buyer lifestyles and offer flexibility to residents. An oversized kitchen and great room with an option of stackable doors and California living room provide the perfect indoor/outdoor space for entertaining large parties. Upstairs, the large master bedroom and bath provides ample space for the perfect retreat. Each room was intentionally designed with a larger footprint and lower 2-foot windows to maximize natural light and to activate the indoor/outdoor relationship. Classical, chic, and luxurious, this plan perfectly captures Southern California living at its finest.
