One Light is a high density 775,000 SF mixed use project that includes office, residential, retail, and parking. The 28-story glass tower aims to reinvigorate Baltimore’s historic central business district through distinctive design and creation of a vibrant live / work environment. Ground level street frontage is activated via the office, residential, and retail entrances. Delivery and parking entrances are concentrated to the east, facing an improved service street. Rooftop and terrace amenities for residents include a multi-level pool and landscaped courts carefully placed off lounge and resident activity areas.
