On Sept. 28, 2015, J.D. Carlisle Development Corp., in partnership with DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners and Mitsui Fudosan America, Inc., announced that leasing began at One Sixty Madison, a new luxury residential tower located in the heart of NoMad, at the nexus of Chelsea, Gramercy and Midtown.

Project Description

One Sixty Madison, Manhattan’s newest luxury building to hit the market, is the first and only octagon shaped residential tower in Manhattan.  The signature shape paired with its unique 45 degree angle to the Avenue and floor-to-ceiling windows results in expansive, game changing views of the city from nearly every apartment.

Rising 45-stories, One Sixty Madison offers 319 rental residences comprising of studios, one and two bedroom homes.  SLCE Architects created a unique octagonal work of architecture, with interiors of sophistication and wit by Philip Koether Architects.  The synthesis of their respective talents creates an exquisite rental property with notable allure both inside and out.  Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the property.
