Thomas Fisher, Assoc. AIA, is a professor in the School of Architecture and dean of the College of Design at the University of Minnesota. He was a panelist and respondent at the Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture's 2016 conference, and is a contributing editor to ARCHITECT.
International students are on the decline, and not enough graduates of color are achieving licensure. Those numbers need to improve if we want to further diversify the profession.
