For Sale: Augustus Welby Northmore Pugin Rectory

In 1846-47, Gothic Revival architect Augustus Welby Northmore Pugin designed a house for the Reverend F.W. Rooke, the rector of Rampisham, a village in Dorset, England. The only intact building by Pugin to remain in private hands, according to estate agent Knight Frank, the eight-bedroom rectory sits on 3.5 acres. Asking price: $3.5 million.
