New York–based firm Steven Holl Architects will create 14 acres of pedestrian-friendly campus grounds, providing an improved setting for three new structures—a school, a gallery, and a conservation center—adding to the earlier buildings by William Ward Watkin, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, and Rafael Moneo.
