Three recent additions to the University of Arizona campus in Tucson include the 2006 Chemical Sciences Building, designed by Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects and delivered on the CM at Risk mode.
The 2006 Meinel Optical Sciences Expansion, designed by Richärd Bauer of Phoenix (whose principals are Arizona alumni) and also built under CM at Risk.
The Stevie Eller Dance Theatre, designed by Gould Evans and completed in 2003.
