Project Description
FROM THE ARCHITECTS:
Perkins+Will designed the 78,000 GSF
renovation of a 1970’s office building.
After spending 33 years in our home at
1382 Peachtree Street, the relocation
allows our firm’s continued growth.
The 1315 location was chosen over other possible sites because of its relevant design challenge of reusing an existing building. Located in the heart of Midtown across from the High Museum of Art, the mixed-use building shares space with the Peachtree Branch of the Atlanta-Fulton County Public Library and the Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA).

A holistic approach to sustainability in
the workplace focuses not only on the
environment, but also the health and
wellbeing of the building’s occupants
and the surrounding community.
Perkins+Will’s new Atlanta office at 1315 Peachtree Street demonstrates how design can leverage the overlap between sustainability and wellbeing to create a work environment to help people breathe easier as they move throughout the day and that fosters a strong sense of culture and community.
The Perkins+Will Atlanta office occupies the top four floors with office space for up to 240 employees.
