Project Description
Situated on a 18-acre hilltop campus of the former Symmes Hospital, the firm designed the master plan for this new, mixed-income multifamily community located within close proximity to downtown Arlington and recreational amenities.
Consisting of 176 unites comprised in both for-sale town homes and rental mid rise buildings, the units are elegantly styled with sophisticated features and finishes. The program offers spacious open studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and will also provide residents with landscaped courtyards and sweep vista parks overlooking the Boston skyline. In addition, residents will be offered ample amenities to include a club room, media room, fitness center, recreation sport court, playground, and swimming pool, as well as garage and surface parking.
