Project Description
A village owned fire department had served towns north and south of the village for years. However, the development growth in the towns forced the village owned fire department to morph into a tri-municipal fire district. This new 2,467 SF structure was designed to satisfy a municipal agreement to provide a one-bay fire station, expandable to three-bays, to the newly formed independent fire district. The building, built as efficiently as possible, includes male and female wash rooms, a meeting room, a log room, a one truck apparatus bay and all of the code required assets of a volunteer fire station.
