Project Description
The rehabilitation of Carter Hall removed a failing non-original insulation cladding system from the historically significant building. The decision for the rehabilitation treatment approach was preceded by establishing criteria whereby the historic wall assembly was tested alongside a modern
“drainable” wall system and proven to perform in the harsh environment. Through the rehabilitation, the building was returned to its historic appearance recapturing original texture and detailing.
