Project Description
Chickie’s & Pete’s has earned a stellar reputation throughout the Philadelphia region. To design their new Atlantic City location, the company tapped SOSH Architects. This project entailed transforming a formerly underutilized corner of Tropicana’s casino and boardwalk façade into a bi-level dining and entertainment venue. Structurally, the SOSH team created openings in the building’s exterior for unobstructed ocean views. Visually, they designed an expansive opening in the floor to marry the two levels aesthetically. The lower level boasts a boardwalk entrance, outdoor seating, feature bar and walk-up window. The upper level showcases a multi-media sports bar and dining areas with unsurpassed views. The result is an atmosphere befitting the “Best Sports Bar in North America.”
