Project Description

FROM THE ARCHITECTS:

Designed as a space bespoke to their New York employees, the Colliers office provided an entirely new experience than their previous locations. The design maximizes the views and proximity to Bryant Park, creating a
workspace uniquely connected to New
York City.

The company’s brand is highlighted throughout the space’s modern design along with a minimalist color palette and textural elements. White marble panels lead from the elevator lobby into a light and airy backdrop of white, light gray and blue accents throughout.

A sculptural slatted wood wall forms a visual focal piece for the intercommunicating stair promoting a strong connection between the two floors. The stair features a decorative light fixture that creates a canopy to mimic the feeling of walking through a park that leads employees to the main café and a training room.

Collaboration areas are distributed across workstations and private offices to create pathways leading to several experiential areas. This includes spaces such as an oculus room, a music room, a meditation room and learning lounge — all designed for wellness and to enhance the way Colliers’ employees prefer to work.
