Project Description

Project location: Greenwich, CT
Project type: Addition/Alteration
Completion date: 2006
Architect: Brad DeMotte, R.A.

Colonial addition / remodel in Greenwich, CT: This home project was not a tear down. It was a major addition and remodel to a ranch house done for a developer.

Many of the first floor walls were kept and the footprint was enlarged slightly. The house was designed as a traditional colonial and it was finished with cedar shingles, cedar clapboard siding, stone veneer, copper gutters & wood paneled shutters.
