FROM THE FIRM:
This Congress Park family loved the charm of their 1907 Bungalow but wanted to update their home and add space in the unfinished basement. On the main level, we actually decreased the size of the kitchen to add a walk-in pantry and to relocate the powder room. The original laundry room and powder room were removed which allowed for an open dining area. We updated the staircase from the basement to the second level and finished the basement to include a family room, laundry room, bedroom and spacious bathroom.
