Project Description
To revitalize the Hamilton Mall’s overall look, SOSH was engaged for a four-phase redesign of the retail center. The first phase included renovation of vacant tenant space plus an additional 24,000 square feet of new construction to accommodate a new mall entrance and two new junior anchor stores—H&M and Forever 21. The SOSH team designed two-story facades in gleaming glass, greatly increasing visibility for the stores and reinforcing the unique brand identities of the retailers within. The new mall entrance is now a bright, welcoming gateway to an open, sunlit promenade. By integrating interior and exterior spaces, this compelling SOSH design intrigues and engages shoppers like never before.
