Project Description
Located a few blocks from the epicenter of Bushwick,
Brooklyn, New York’s most up-and-coming neighborhood, 1 Bushwick will be a mixed-use development including retail, office, cultural, and residential spaces. The project’s cultural hub will be a vast warehouse: slotted into the low-slung building and emerging through its roof, will be a new kind of hotel with rooms for every budget; indoor and outdoor event space; and cutting edge food and drink. Guests relaxing in the rooftop pool will be regaled by a rare experience: views of the skyscrapers of Manhattan -- and cornfields. New York’s largest urban farm will occupy most of the roof.
