Project Description

Builder’s Choice and Custom Home Awards Finalist

Designed for today’s multi-generational family, this plan gives everyone their own private retreat, yet brings them together in the main areas of the home for maximum livability. A large kitchen is the hub of the home with a bar to serve as a breakfast room large enough to accommodate 4-6 people. Filled with light from surrounding windows, the granite counters glisten above the warm chocolate finish of the island. The galley style provides a functional work triangle between oven, sink and stove with functional counter space and cabinetry for storage. The drum shade lights mimic the decorative display cabinets with an x cross pattern, showing no detail was overlooked. Glass tile, rich ivory cabinets and wood floors all combine to make this a dream kitchen.
