Project Description
We got a new agreement with our client for 3 villa designs with the total of around 350m2. The client had a time limit and requested fast delivery in order we could arrange project’s schedule. WE tried that the facade design meets clients’ inspirational images. As our agreement, we provide him full architectural package drawing (Floor plans, elevations, and sections + one 3D model and visualized rendering). The request was considered per villa as such:
2 car parking spaces outside per villa
Kitchen
living & dining room open plan
guest toilet
laundry room
Enquire bedroom for elder persons – Upstairs
master bedroom En-suite with the walk through dresser to the bathroom
2 Ensuite bedrooms with compact shower cubicle only no bath tub
An outdoor balcony from the master bedroom like your attached design
