Project Description
Located in the prestigious master plan community of The Great Park, this luxury single-family home was designed to be the “Cadillac” project of the community. Reminiscent of “old time living,” these stylish single-family homes offer a classic suburban feel to residents. With an increased international buyer profile, our designers incorporated cultural knowledge and sensitivity when designing each floor plan. This collection of luxury homes exemplifies California living. Designer’s utilized Spanish architectural styling with red tile roofing, wrought iron detailing, hand painted tiles, and arched windows stemming from the historical Panama-California Exposition. All floor plans offer 2 stories with 3 car garages suited for the well-traveled and international market. Created for multiple generations, the first floor offers a junior master suite, with private porch and swing-in single-car garage, as well as an additional bedroom down that grants direct access to the large and spacious California room. The downstairs suite creates a separate living option and provides privacy while also maintaining direct relationship to the home. An oversized kitchen, large island, roomy great room and formal dining room provide the perfect space for entertaining guests and is further accentuated with an elaborate indoor/outdoor relationship. Upstairs, a wrap-around deck, oversized formal bonus room and large hallways give movement and open space. In the rear of the house, the master suite contains a luxurious master bath and oversized walk-in closet. Each room was intentionally designed larger with lower 2-foot windows to allow for natural light and to further activate the relationship to the outside. Classical, chic, and luxurious, this plan perfectly captures Southern California living at its finest.
