Project Description
North Central Medical Plaza is a two-phase project comprised of Carrell Clinic Center (Phase 1), which is a 110,000 s.f., 5-story medical office building which includes a 20,000 s.f. surgery center complete with 10 operating rooms and 4 procedure rooms; and a Phase 2, 140,000 s.f., 6-story medical office building. Additionally, Phase 1 includes imaging suites and physical therapy departments; while Phase 2 incorporates a 780-car parking garage.
