Project Description
This urban townhouse project is located in the Thornton Park District of East Orlando. The design concept was inspired by the traditional brownstones of New York and other established East Coast cities. The units feature two stories of living above a garage and bonus room with direct access from the street or internal courtyard. Vertical circulation is pushed to the street front, allowing the freedom of three-story glass walls that open the units to the exterior.
