Project Description
The project consisted of the renovation of an existing NYC apartment building, built on New York's Upper East Side in 1928. Many existing units were combined into larger apartments with 21st Century layouts and amenities. New infrastructure, including a new heating and air conditioning systems were installed as well as an upgraded electrical system. Two stories, consisting of exciting duplex penthouse units, were added above the existing roof.
