Project Description
As the first new condo in Manhattan’s historic Seaport District and one of the most prominent new additions to Lower Manhattan’s skyline, the 60-story, 98-unit luxury condo soars nearly 700 feet above the ground, bringing a timeless elegance to the neighborhood never seen before. Taking inspiration from the Seaport District’s waterfront location, Hill West’s designers replicated the exact color of sunlight reflecting off of the East River for the color of the four types of glass on the condo’s exterior, seamlessly extending its 360-degree harbor views. Expansive balconies dramatically spiral up the building in a helix-like movement, drawing the eye from the base to building crown. By night, Seaport Residences illuminates the skyline with linear light spears wrapping its crown, mimicking a lighthouse standing tall above the neighboring buildings below. Seaport Residence’s interiors are designed by Groves & Co. and feature a one-of-a-kind light constellation with 375 hand-blown sculptural lights and a double-sided fireplace in the lobby. Amenities include a hydrotherapy circuit in the Seaport Spa, an infinity-edge pool set against the glass of the 30th floor, and complimentary access to luxury yachting experiences provided by Barton & Gray Mariners Club.
