Redesign and renovate existing swimming area and rear courtyard into a haven for outdoor entertaining, family sports, and relaxation; fashioned with a Mediterranean inspiration. Design-Build scope of work included: • Build ¼ mile construction/maintenance access road. • Remove old pool, patio, shed and satellite dish. • Quartz swimming pool with a deep blue Mediterranean finish, three linear gas fire features, an attached raised spa with pergola and outdoor TV, LED lighting system and water features. • Pavilion in stone and stucco with graceful arches, bronze standing-seam roof, European copper chimney caps, custom cabinetry fabricated from Vycom Seaboard material, concrete counter tops, exterior-grade appliances, built-in wood burning pizza oven, fireplace, wooden stained ceiling, concealed motorized screens and furnished with outdoor upholstery, concrete tables, occasional chairs and eating area furniture. • Bath house with tiled floors, walls and shower with crackled glass tile accents, built-in walnut cabinetry and cubbies in a driftwood finish with painted accents in a deep Mediterranean blue, two powder rooms, custom painted pedestal sinks, and motion censored lighting. • All sports court, constructed from modular sports flooring crafted for regulation sized basketball, volley ball, tennis and shuffleboard. Engineered retaining wall and concealed surface drainage system. • Construction of a natural pond with screened porch and deck, water fountain feature, landscaping and lighting. • BBQ pergola with grilling, serving and seating areas with 2 outdoor TV’s. • Extensive terraced stone walls with landscaping and low voltage lighting. • Installation of imported natural stone 24” x 24” Travertine pavers through-out entire area. • Installation of LED Landscape lighting with specific natural Color Temperature range and Color Rendering Index. • Installation of Lutron Homeworks Lighting Control System.
