By re purposing and re configuring the three multipurpose spaces the house converts a house with one-bedroom to one with four-bedrooms. The entire first floor is 100% ADA adaptable, visitor accessible and allows for aging in place reduce our carbon impact by using super insulation, geothermal wells, radiant heating, exterior louvers, a solar array and recycling demolition materials open the project to the public as a teaching tool.
