This recessed downlight combines a compact fluorescent source that provides general illumination with color-changing LEDs that add a decorative touch, all within a single dual reflector luminaire. Each source can be controlled separately, allowing it either to be turned on or off. The fluorescent lamp can be dimmed, when equipped with a ballast.
