Pinpoint Laser Systems’ Microgage Roll Alignment Kit facilitates the alignment of rollers, idlers, take up reels, shafts and Web-handling systems. The kit enables quick, precise measurements of roll position and orientation in production lines of varying sizes. Measurements can be made for vertical and horizontal roll alignment and are accurate to within 0.001 inch. A microgage laser transmitter projects a straight reference line that can be directed into the production line to measure and align roll surfaces.
