Playable Studio Debuts with Multi-Purpose Furniture

One man’s table is another man’s slide, play boat, stool, bench, or rocking horse

1 MIN READ

Who says you can’t slide across the coffee table and rock on your stool? Playable Studio’s inaugural duo of hybrid design elements lets kids, or those at heart, invent their own uses for items common to shared living spaces. The 60-inch-long Vio functions as a table, a bench, a slide, and a boat-like rocker. Oni, at 24 inches long, can be used as an end table, a bench, a stool, or a child-sized rocking horse. Both products are made from plywood, are formaldehyde-free, and include organic beeswax polish, 100-percent tung oil mixed with natural citrus solvents, and food-grade glue.
