French manufacturer of electrical distribution and control products Schneider Electric has signed an agreement to acquire OVA, an Italian manufacturer of emergency lighting and power systems. With this acquisition, Schneider Electric will add a full range of emergency luminaires and systems to its low-voltage offerings.
