Rosa Sheng, AIA, founder of the AIA San Francisco committee Equity by Design, offers professional advice for architectural designers at all levels, from recent graduates to senior management. Sheng, who is also a senior associate in the San Francisco office of Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, spearheaded the landmark 2014 Equity in Architecture survey. Results to a follow-up survey will be released this fall.
