The main focus for students from 2015 Solar Decathlon Team Texas/Germany was the need for affordable housing in urban environments. However, they didn’t stop there: NexusHaus, a passive, modular home, also addresses water conservation through a system that filters collected rainwater to use as potable water for its residents.
