Dramatically filling a void in San Francisco’s SOMA redevelopment area, 474 Natoma provides 60 affordable apartments for a diverse group of low income families. The high density complex is knitted into the urban fabric as a transition between the gritty Sixth Street SRO corridor and the gentrifying Eastern SOMA neighborhood.
