Project Description
This 40,000 square foot renovation project is part of the master plan of the Midtown area of Oklahoma City. It provides thirty-seven loft apartments and will include a ground level restaurant and the conversion of an alley into a pedestrian plaza.
The units themselves provide tenants with true, industrial loft-style living. With staggering ceiling heights and plentiful windows, the Guardian features awe-inspiring views and flexible floor plans.
