“Introduction to Green Walls: Technology, Benefits and Design,” a Washington, D.C.-based American Institute of Architects continuing education systems course sponsored by Los Angeles-based greenscreen, explores characteristics of green façades, living walls, and green walls. Participants will learn about the structure, maintenance, and environmental benefits of the elements. The course provides examples of green wall case studies and how to obtain possible LEED credits from the U.S. Green Building Council by using them. It can be accessed at www.architectces.com.
