Project Description
This three story, eight unit residential building is situated on the edge between a high and low density development in Boston’s Allston neighborhood. The community expressed a strong desire for a smaller scale building and for the preservation of the two existing structures on the site. Faced with a constrained site, RODE was able to achieve the developer’s program while incorporating the community’s affinity to mitigate the shifting building scales.
