Ability by Acierto was founded by one of Colombia’smost preeminent real estate developers, Juan
Carlos Gonzalez. While spending time in Miami, he
developed a passion for the South Florida lifestyle
and wanted to give people the “Ability” to have
affordable luxury.
To establish its footprint in the United States, Ability
by Acierto has selected the fashionable Bay Harbor
Islands for its first residential real estate project
called Bijou Bay Harbor. Comprised of 9 stories and

In addition to launching Ability by Acierto, Gonzalez
currently owns Acierto Inmobiliario, the second
largest Colombian development company that has
successfully managed the construction of 10 million
square feet of space. Gonzalez and his talented team
oversaw the construction of renowned properties
including Torre Empresarial Porvenir, Centro
Comercial Sao Paulo and Santa Teresa Vivienda
in Medellin and Country Reservado, El Bosque,
Avenida 68 in Bogota and many more.
