Project Description
FROM THE ARCHITECTS:
Leading national real estate
brand Crescent Heights selected the design of world-renowned architect Rafael
Viñoly for the residential development 113 E. Roosevelt, located at the
southwest corner of Grant Park in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood. The first
phase of the project will deliver a 76-story, 829-foot rental tower, making it
one of the tallest residential buildings in Chicago, featuring 792 units and
622 parking spaces. The building will include a diverse mix of dwellings,
ranging from studios to three-bedroom units.
The conceptual proposal for
Phase II includes a 648-unit condominium tower on the west end of the Phase I
parcel, which will be connected at the base. The Phase III conceptual proposal
features a 100-unit townhome community and open parkland along Indiana Avenue,
just east of the Phase I and II towers.
