Project Description
The newly constructed 21,000 sf two story medical office building at Main Street and Whitewater Park Blvd. (previously 30th Street) sits in a prime location, near the Boise River and on a main transportation corridor linking to downtown. The building design emphasizes the creative mix of quality materials and façade articulation by a combination of materials including clay masonry brick, fiber cement panels, rusted metal with raised concrete planters below, steel canopies, and aluminum storefront doors. The main entry is defined by the extended steel canopy, covered pathways created by the second floor overhang, and built in benches. The building energizes the corner and sets a precedent for new development surrounding the 30th Street expansion.
