Project Description
The design concept envisions a contemporary, and dynamic mixed-use environment, that creates synergistic activities including shopping, conferencing, travel accommodations for business and tourism, corporate and private housing opportunities and corporate office uses for general business activity.
The project is composed of two major high rise components massed to take maximum advantage of surrounding view opportunities.These buildings are placed above a subterranean parking podium of two full site levels.
The first element is a 24 story composite tower including a 12+ story 300 room Hotel with function spaces for restaurants, conferencing, and other miscellaneous hotel amenities, a major Retail Center at its two story base, and a 12 story 100 unit Condominium Tower element emerging above the L shaped massing. Both the Hotel and Condominium elements enjoy substantial coastline views and have adjacent rooftop recreation decks available for the occupants private use. Six additional Corporate Townhouse Villas to be supported by the Hotel operation are also a part of this complex.
The 26 story Office tower element is configured as a center core rectangular building offering clear span office space.
